CITY OF BELLE ISLE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DEBIT COLLECTION SERVICES NO. 21-07
The City of Belle Isle, Florida (herein referred to as "City") requests proposals from firms qualified and experienced in providing collections services for bad debt and past due accounts. The successful firm will enter into an agreement with the City for the subject services. The City intends to secure such debt collection services in a manner that maximizes recovery and minimizes the City's out-of-pocket expenditure.
The City will receive proposals until 3:00 p.m. local time, on September 28, 2021, at the Office of the City Clerk, 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida 32809. Responses received after this time and date will not be accepted. Responses will be publicly opened at the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting proposals being read. Each copy of the bids shall be bound in a single volume.

Copies of the RFP Documents may be obtained by emailing Yolanda Quiceno at yquiceno@belleislefl.gov or downloaded at www.belleislefl.gov at no cost. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred before award by the City Commission. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
Bids shall be submitted to the City Clerk's office with one (1) original and two (2) copies and one (1) identical digital (CD or flash drive) version in pdf format, addressed to Yolanda Quiceno, City Clerk, 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida 32809 in a SEALED ENVELOPE/PACKAGE marked on the outside:
"(RFP) NO. 21-07 DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES."
