2027 Election

In accordance with a recent amendment to Florida’s public records exemption statute, certain personal information of current public officers (including the Mayor and City Commissioners) is now exempt from public disclosure, effective July 1. These exemptions apply only while they are in office and do not extend to former commission members. As a result, candidate financial reports will be removed from the website.  To request any candidate's financial reports, please submit a public records request.

The City Clerk oversees the qualification process for municipal elections. City Council members serve three-year terms. Candidates must be registered voters and reside within city boundaries for at least one year prior to qualifying.
